The Christmas Promise: More Holiday Stories By Roger Barr collects nine stories written and published by award winning St. Paul author Roger Barr in the Villager newspaper from 2011 – 2019. The book’s creation was sponsored by the Hallie Q Brown Community Center as part of the organization’s observation of its 90th anniversary and to celebrate the 45th year of operation of its food shelf.
One hundred percent of the proceeds from book sales and related events will go to the Hallie Q. Brown Community Center Food Shelf.
Getting Ready for Christmas & Other Stories is a collection of thirteen holiday stories written by Roger Barr that were published in the Villager newspaper between 1997 and 2010. This book has sold out its press run and is not available at this time.
